The question
The WOW club decided that its main communication channel with their members would be emailing. Although they were already using it, they wanted to reinforce it and get a better performance.
The answer
Together with the client, and in order to get a better impact, it was decided to redesign the newsletters, getting rid of superfluous parts and only leaving the most important elements. We made a great effort to have a design that perfectly suited the mobile version. This was achieved by changing the format of the original, by increasing the size of the fonts and by reorganizing the most important elements.
