The question
Women'secret needed to create a website for its loyalty club, called Club WOW. They wanted it to be a platform to contact their clients. A place where the users could easily find in an easy way all the benefits that this club offered.
The answer
We had it clear that the most important thing for the user of WOW club was to quickly access to her accumulated balance and to her exclusive active promotions. For this reason, an important part of the project was the integration of the program with the club CRM. In addition, also taking into consideration the users who were not part of the club yet, all the advantages of becoming a member were presented as well as all the information to solve any doubts.
