When developing a new segmentation for Cortefiel - Pedro del Hierro Club members, Tendam commissioned us to redesign and improve the UX/UI of the club's website. From that moment on, members became part of one of these three loyalty levels: Silver, Gold or Platinum.
We suggested to change the point of view of the website: instead of being focused on the benefits offered by the Club, we proposed to focus on what could be more interesting for the user. We provided direct access to the user’s account to see all his/her data and movements. We made it easier for the user to consult his/her personalized advantages.
